After two years missed due to COVID, the NSW Road Relay Championships made a triumphant return in 2022 and to their recent home, Newcastle University, Ourimbah Campus on the Central Coast. There were exciting wins for Randwick Botany and UTS Norths.

The team relays across both the XC & Road terrains cultivate some of the best atmosphere across the annual Athletics NSW Winter Series, and tomorrow will be no exception. After six days of competition at the World Masters Athletics Championships, NSW athletes have claimed eight medals. The Championships, being held in Tampere Finland, is a 10-day competition running from June 29 to July 10. Australia was sitting 10th on the medal table with 6 gold, 11 silver and 8 bronze medals. Host nation Finland lead the table, followed by Germany and the USA.
