In its nearly 50-year race history, Australia have won three medals at the World Athletics Cross Country Championships but have also placed fourth to sixth on 29 occasions. Athletics NSW Chair & CEO Holiday Message

As we come to the end of the year, it’s a great opportunity to reflect on some of the key achievements that we have seen throughout our sport. ANSW Office Holiday Closure

The Athletics NSW Office will close today, Thursday 22nd December, 2022 until Monday 2nd January. The Office will reopen on Tuesday, 3rd January and will operate during normal business hours (9:00am - 4:30pm).

Treloar Shield Final: UTS Norths claim four of the five titles

UTS Norths claimed their seventh Treloar Shield title as they dominated the finals, winning four of the five age divisions. The Treloar Shield, first held during the 2013/14 season, and not held during the last two seasons due to COVID, only Wests in 2016/17 have lowered their colours.

National Schools Challenge: Three NSW Schools win titles

NSW Schools were very strong at the 2022 Australian Schools Challenge which resumed after a two year break due to the Pandemic. Three NSW schools won titles – Pymble Ladies College the senior women’s, Trinity Grammar the senior men and Stella Maris Manly the junior girls.

At an Athletics NSW Officials function on Saturday night of the NSW Relays, Tony Okulicz was presented with his Official of the Year trophy for last season - 2022. It was the first in a series of opportunities this summer where Athletics NSW will be presenting trophies for the 2021/2022 season award winners. The winners were announced in the annual report.

Athletics NSW Releases Strategic Plan: 2022-2026
