Valour & Athletics NSW Announces Ambassador Program

Published Wed 15 Dec 2021

Valour Sport and Athletics NSW are proud to announce their 11 ambassadors as part of a new, exciting collaboration between both organisations.

We’d like to congratulate Aimee Fisher, Isabella Guthrie, Jasmin Guthrie, Josh Azzopardi, Kailyn Joseph, Rashid Kabba, Alex Hulley, Amy O’Halloran, Ashlyn Blackstock, Kippy Langat and Luke Young.

This new program showcases the diversity across disciplines and backgrounds that Athletics represents in New South Wales. The ambassadors will be working with Valour Sport in garment and product development, wear testing of new and unreleased products, promotion of apparel across multiple platforms, and provides a fantastic opportunity for growth in their athletics careers.

Valour Sport’s joint Director Ryan Tesoriero, is thrilled with this announcement.

“Our Athletics ambassadors have remarkable talent and truly inspiring stories. Their exceptional level of enthusiasm and passion for their fields of sport really excites us. We are looking forward to working with our ambassadors to further develop and innovate our ranges.’

Matthew Knight, joint Director of Valour Sport, also mentioned:

“We could not have better advocates for what we do. At Valour we are continually innovating our apparel and with the help of the ambassador team we can put our range to the test. This will shape the future of performance sportwear. We want to help young athletes look and feel great when they train and compete. If we can add that extra 1% to their performance, we know we are making a difference. We are thrilled to welcome our new Athletics ambassadors to the Valour family.”

A brand new initiative for Athletics NSW, Chief Executive Officer of Athletics NSW Kirin Lindop stated:

“Athletics NSW is very proud to have 11 incredible athletes – both in their talents on the track & field and their professionalism off it – represent our business with our new State Team and Apparel partner. We are looking forward to the valuable opportunities that come out of this program, both for the business and for the ambassadors themselves.”

We’ll keep our audiences informed of what our ambassadors are involved with in months to come.
