Prepare your child for the Summer season

Get ready for an unforgettable experience at the Athletics NSW School Holiday Camp at the iconic Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre, from October 9-11, 2024. This camp is designed for young athletes aged 10-14, offering them a unique opportunity to train like elite athletes under the guidance of expert coaches.

Participants will engage in a variety of activities focused on developing fundamental skills in track, jumps, and throws. Across the three days, athletes will rotate through different training blocks, including hammer throw, long jump, acceleration, discus, high jump, sprint mechanics, and strength & conditioning. This comprehensive approach ensures that every participant can maximise their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The camp runs daily from 9:15 am to 1:00 pm; doors open at 8:30 am. The cost is $100 for one day and $90 for subsequent days, with a special offer of a free Athletics NSW singlet for those attending three or more days.
