2021 ANSW Annual General Meeting

Please be advised, the 2021 Annual General Meeting for Athletics New South Wales Limited will be held on Wednesday, 25 August 2021 starting at 7:30pm at Sydney Olympic Park Athletics Centre.
Please note that in light of the ongoing COVID-19 lockdown in Greater Sydney and the measures in place in regional areas, the 2021 AGM will be conducted in a manner appropriate in the context of the restrictions in place at the time of the meeting.
If possible, the meeting will be held with in-person attendance and will also be available via video conference for those unable to attend in person. In the event that the COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the meeting prevent the meeting from being held in person at all, the meeting will be conducted via video-conference.
Information with regard to proxy and voting processes will be distributed to clubs shortly, however processes will be in place to ensure that all clubs are able to vote notwithstanding any COVID-19 measures which may be in place at the time of the meeting.

Call for Director Nominations
In accordance with the ANSW Constitution, there are five (5) director positions open for election. Nominations for the positions of Elected ANSW Board Director are required to be in writing and via the below link to the nomination form, and are to include a CV and a personal profile.Nominations must be received midday on Friday, 6 August 2021 and delivered in accordance with the instructions on the form.

A final notice in respect of the 2021 AGM will be distributed shortly in accordance with the ANSW Constitution.
