Please note the FINAL timetable will be released Friday. We are currently working through some logistics with the extreme heat on Sunday. We appreciate your patience. 

These events will be ran in conjunction with NSW Combined Events Championships. 

DRAFT Timetable: 

10:15am Sprint Hurdles 

12:00pm Long Hurdles 

1:00pm Steeple 

Competition Status
The Interclub has Athletics Australia Permit Status enabling athletes to qualify for National and International competitions and set state and national records. 

Entry
Minimum age of entry- 12 years As of December 2021 (LANSW U12 years Dual Aged Athlete) 

Events will be open to  Open Members, Concession Members and Dual Members.

Entering Seed Marks (TIMES/DISTANCES)
You will be asked to enter your 'Qualification Mark' which is ideally a season best performance for each event which enables us to enter you into the correct division.
Please be sure to enter this in the CORRECT FORMAT as indicated;

Times; M=minute, S=second, TS=Tenth of a second, HS=Hundreth of a second

Distances; M=Meter, CM=centimeter

• SS.TSHS for a Sprint should look like 11.03
• MM:SS.TSHS for a long distance event looks like 2:32.45 
• MM.CMCM for a throw needs to be entered like 12.52
• M.CMCM for a  Height/ Distance  jumps event should be entered like 1.23

Athlete Check In
All athletes will need to report to athlete check-in at least one (1) hour prior to the start of thier event. 

Age Groups
Athletes compete as open athletes and will be placed in events based on ability (track events and jump) and according to weight division in throws events.
