NOTE REGARDING GATE ENTRY
Just a reminder for all athletes and spectators entering the Campbelltown Athletics Centre venue for tomorrow’s NSW Relays Championships:
Gate entry will be $5 for Adults, and $3 for Children (Under 18 years) & Concession card holders. Cash and card payments will be available (no Amex please).
Competition Status
The NSW Relay Championships has Athletics Australia Permit Status enabling athletes to qualify for National and International competitions and set state and national records.
Eligibility
Athletes must be registered with an ANSW Affiliated Club for the 2019/20 Season.
Entry
An entry form is available for club administrators to enter their teams. If you wish to enter a team please contact your Senior Athletics Club before entering.
All online entries must be submitted through the online entry portal by 10am Monday 18th November 2019.
Uniform
ANSW Club Members must wear their correct senior club uniform. Athletes must have their Athletics NSW 2019/20 registration numbers attached to the front and back (except in jump events). Dual Athletes will need to make sure that they wear two bibs. They will wear their dual bib number given to them from their Little Athletics Centre.
Age Groups
Under 14, Under 16, Under 18, Under 20, Open and Masters age categories.
Masters ages are determined as at the first day of competition.Masters age groups are determined by adding together the ages of each team member in whole years. Masters track events consist of the following: Men – 120+ years, 160+ years, 200+ years and 240+ years. Women – 120+ years, 160+ years, 200+ years and 240+ years. Masters field events include Masters Shot Put, Hammer and Javelin Throw only.

On The Day Check-in
If Competition Management isn't notified of sctratchings it is assumed all teams are cheked in. There will be no on the day check in for events however Competition Management must be notified of any scratchings no later than one (1) hour prior to the event. If Compeition Management isn't notified penalties will apply.
