### VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The NSW Littles (9's to 12's) & Opens Championships is the State Championship where up to 2,500 elite athletes across NSW descend upon the home of athletics in NSW, the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.

Whilst the Open athletes via for National Selection, our youngest state athletes will compete for Personal Best's and podium places, some of which will be attending for their first ever State Championship.

Held over four days, the event dates are:
Thursday 20th March - Sunday 23rd March 2025 (NSW Opens)

Saturday 22nd March - Sunday 23rd March 2025 (NSW Littles)

Each day will be split into multiple sessions approximately a 3 – 5-hour periods.

**ROLES ON OFFER**

A range of duties are available to assist including:
- Admin Assistants/Runners, 
- Athlete Registration & Bib Collection,  
- Assisting Field Officials,
- Assisting Track Officials,
- Event Presentation & Medals Presentation,
- Results LED Screen, 
- Pre-Event Assistants,
- Spectator Control.
 

**SESSION TIMES**

**Thursday 20th March**

- Session 1 - 3:30pm - 8:30pm 

**Friday 21st March**

- Session 2 - 3:30pm - 8:30pm 

**Saturday 22nd March**

- Session 3 - 7am - 11:30am 
- Session 4 - 11:30am - 3:30pm

- Session 5 - 3:30pm - 7:30pm

**Sunday 23rd March**

- Session 6 - 6am - 10am
- Session 7 - 10am - 2pm

- Session 8 - 2pm - 6pm

Please note- times are flexible and if you cannot commit to a full session, that is okay!
