ENTRIES AND PROCESSES FOR THE 2024 VALOUR STATE RELAY CHAMPIONSHIPS (WEEKEND 1 & Weekend 2)

ENTRY PROCESS (Weekend 1) - 8's - 12's

The process for entering teams will remain similar to the entry process Little Athletics clubs and One Aths clubs have historically done previously. Please read the user guide below for instructions on how to use the form.

ENTRY PROCESS (Weekend 2) - 13's(U14) - Masters

The process for entering teams will remain similar to the entry process Senior clubs and One Aths clubs have historically done for the 2022 & 2023 State Relays.

Submit Club team numbers: 

Clubs are asked to submit the number of teams for each age group and each event here by Thursday 7^th November, 12pm. This will allow us to gauge numbers in each event and provide an accurate final timetable for the competition.

Invoices: 

Relays cost $45 per team. An invoice will be generated when you submit your registration through RevSport. If clubs need the invoice addressed differently to how it is generated or to include our bank info, an invoice will be reissued after close of entries. 

Submit FIELD team names: 

We ask clubs to complete the form available via the button below and submit the names of athletes competing in each field team. We ask that you submit this form to us by Wednesday 13^th November, 11:59pm. By submitting club athlete names for the field team we can provide athletes with the ability to use their performance at the Relays to qualify for National & International Championship. By submitting the names before the event day, we also reduce the amount of time and stress put on the officials and volunteers on the day.

We understand that last minute changes are unavoidable and there will be opportunities to notify ANSW of any team changes up to and including on the day.
