This clinic is designed for athletes who already have a basic understanding of the standing throw technique in discus. Participants should be familiar with the fundamentals of grip, stance, and release. To ensure your child gets the most out of a clinic, please select the level that best matches their current skills and experience. Choosing the appropriate level will help them fully engage with the content and make meaningful progress in a supportive environment. If unsure, begin with a "starter" clinic to build confidence before advancing.
