Cost: $75 per division team

Eligible Age Groups: 10's (Born 2015) - Masters (from clubs who qualify for the final)

Permit status:  World Athletics and Athletics Australia permit, in the events for the Open, and Under 18 age groups only (including performances achieved with U20 implements). All Other events will be ratified as a state permit.

The following process has been developed for entry into the Treloar Shield Final. 

• Please accept or decline your teams positions here (by Friday 6th December)
• The office will invoice clubs after entries are finalised 
• Please submit your athlete names (including relays) here (by Wednesday 11th December)

Competition Rules

VOLUNTEERING

Clubs participating in the competition must fill 3 volunteer slots (approx. 2 hours) throughout the finale.

• A nominated event volunteer can be a coach, club member, parent or responsible senior athlete (14 years +) No previous experience is required.
• Volunteers have the flexibility to pick a timeslot and area that suits them
• All volunteers must arrive at their event area 5 minutes prior to the start time they’ve signed up to.
• Upon arrival, please speak with the Chief or Referee of that event
• Additional resources available for event volunteers via our online education HUB where we recommend they complete the LAB (Local Athletics Basic) mini module that is relevant to their event. ONLINE HUB

EVENT PERMIT

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia, in the events for the Open, and Under 18 age groups only (including performances achieved with U20 implements). Athletes competing in these age groups can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Athletics Australian records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists. 

World Athletics Rankings

All Other events will be ratified as a state permit, allowing athletes to qualify for the Australian Athletics Championships.
