Experience the thrill of the Manly Dam Trails with our 8km looping course. Traverse along the water’s edge, soaking in the stunning views, before descending back down and crossing the Manly Dam Bridge. For anyone contemplating giving trail running a go this is a great place to start with a challenging but achievable course.

We have teamed up again with Coldray Endurance who will be there on the day providing coaching and nutrition advice, a pre run warm-up , and helping with pacing around the course. There will also be awards, merch giveaways, and an ice bath recovery session. 

We have 3 entry categories: 

The Trail Taster 8k - one lap of the course running clockwise around the Manly Reservoir.
The Trail Trekker 16k - two laps of the course running anti-clockwise for the second lap.
The Trail Blazer 24k - choose your own path for the last lap - either clockwise or anti-clockwise - whatever you think will get you back the fastest.
