Volunteers Needed! 

The NSW All Schools Championships is the largest event Athletics NSW delivers during the Summer Season, where up to 2,000 high school students across NSW descend upon the home of athletics in NSW, the Sydney Olympic Park Athletic Centre.

Held over 2 weekends, the event dates:
Weekend 1: Saturday 23rd - Monday 25th September 2023;
Weekend 2: Friday 6th - Saturday 8th October 2023.
 

Each day will be split into 2 Sessions (Morning/ Afternoon) of approximatly a 4-5 hours period.

ROLES ON OFFER

A range of duties are available to assist including:

• Admin Assistants/Runners, 
• Athlete Registration & Bib Collection,  
• Assisting Field Officials,
• Assisting Track Officials,
• Event Presentation & Medals Presentation,  
• Pre-Event Assistants,
• Spectator Control.

SESSION TIMES:

Saturday 23rd September
Session 1- 9:00am- 1:00pm 
Session 2 - 1:00pm- 5:00pm 

Sunday 24th September
Session 3 - 8:30am- 1:30pm 
Session 4 - 1:30pm- 5:00pm 

Monday 25th September
Session 5 - 9:00am- 1:00pm 
Session 6 - 10:00am- 2:30pm  

Friday 6th October
Session 7 - 9:00am- 1:00pm 
Session 8 - 10:00am- 2:30pm  

Saturday 7th October
Session 9- 9:00am- 1:00pm 
Session 10 - 1:00pm- 5:00pm 

Sunday 8th October
Session 11 - 8:30am- 1:30pm 
Session 12 - 1:30pm- 5:00pm 

Please note- times are flexible and if you cannot commit to a full session, that is okay!
