Sydney Half is back for 2023!

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the delivery of the Sydney Half.

ROLES ON OFFER

A range of duties are available to assist including:

• Oncourse Marshalls
  • Deployed to a position on the course, ensuring that participants follow the approved course in a safe manner
• Medals Presentation
  • Awarding participants as they cross the line with their medal
• Drinks Station Attendants
  • Assist with the distribution of drinks to particpations as well as the set up and cleaning of the station area.
• Admin Assistants/Runners
  • Helping our admin and timing officials with the distribution of results/paperwork to locations across the venue
• Pre Events - Bib Collection
  • Assist in the race number collection process, ensuring all participants receive their correct pack
• Pre Events - Course Set Up
  • Assisting with the set up of barriers and markers around the course

Volunteer Workforce shifts will vary depending on the role and rostered. Pre-Event day will begin between 11am-5pm (depending on the role)  and will conclude between 5pm-10pm. Race day will begin between 4am-9am (depending on the role)  and will conclude approximately 1 hour after racing finishes.
