The Albie Thomas Mile (ft. the Australian Mile Championships) returns to The Crest on Thursday, 28 March 2024 as a World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger meet and with over $20,000 of prize money. The culmination of the 2023/24 NSW Milers series and the ANSW Gold Meet will feature some of Australia's best athletes.

This meet is ratified by World Athletics and Athletics Australia. Athletes can qualify for international and national competition, accumulate World Athletics ranking points, break Athletics NSW and Athletics Australian records, and have their performances added to World Athletics top lists.
