ONLINE ENTRIES ONLY – Under no circumstances will on the day entries be taken

Ages: 6 to Masters (Please Note: Athlete’s age is determined by their age at 31st December 2023)

Time: 1.30pm to 6.00pm

Cost: $10 for up to 5 events

Registrations Opens: Monday 16th February 2023

Register: There are two Registration / Entry types

Track Events

1.30pm - Short Hurdles (80m – 110m) (age 12+) Min. hurdle height 76.2cm)

2.30pm – 70m (age 6 – 12)

3.00pm – 800m (age 8+)

3.30pm – 100m (age 6+)

4.30pm – 200m (age 6+)

5.30pm – 3,000m (age 13+)

Field Events

1.30pm – Discus (age 6 – 12)

2.30pm – Long Jump (13+)

3.30pm – shot Put (age 6 – 12)

4.00pm – High Jump (age 13+) (Starting Height 1.20m)
