Food and Beverage:
The Girraween Athletics Club will be hosting a BBQ throughout the day - cash payments only.

Water and softdrinks will be available, but there won't be tea/coffee facilities. Thank you for your understanding.

Team Composition:
Teams that are eligible for team medals and winter points must compose of the following 

  • All team members must be finanical with ANSW for the 2021/22 Season with either an Open, Dual, Concession or Winter membership
  • All team members must wear correct senior club uniform 
  • Individuals may "run up" an age group in junior categories, or "run down" age groups in masters
  • At least 2 athletes must be male if the team is running in the male division event

*Non-member teams are not eligible for medals or winter premiership points and may wear casual clothes, though are required to enter in their correct age and gender.


General Information:

  • Race Bibs: Race bibs will be available for collection from event registration on race day.
  • Timing Tags: The event will be timed via a corresponding timing chip that will be attached to the back of your race bib.
  • Uniform: All athletes must wear their Athletics NSW affiliated club uniform, or their Dual Little Athletics NSW/Athletics NSW affiliated club uniform. All athletes will be provided their competition numbers on the day, complete with timing chip.
  • Club Tents: Club tents are permitted at this event, but must be weighed down at each leg.
  • First Aid: First aid will be available on the day. If any patron requires first aid please, notify an official/volunteer in order to communicate through to first aid for instant response.
  • Parking - Please park in permitted area's only. Parking is not permitted on the hospital grounds, no exceptions. Given the area is residential, parking will be scarce, please be patient and courteous to residents and other attendee's. 
  • Conduct - Please behave appropriately and follows all processes and directions applied by Athletics NSW and Officials.

Team Entries will be completed by a designated club administrator for each club. Where possible, please register your team in the order they will run in. 

Entry Process. Please read before starting.

  1. Download the appropriate entry form below, either the Athletics NSW member form or the non-member form.
  2. Fill in team details and member details, you must use your team member national ID's to complete. These can be found in your club's RevSport portal.
    These will reflect the current membership database, team compositions must be sound before submission.
  3. Save off file ready to upload later in the entry form.
  4. Proceed to registration through this portal, select as many teams in each category as are reflected in your entry form. The form and portal entry dictations must match.

You are able to pay for multiple teams in one transaction, up to 20 teams.

ANSW Member Teams - $50 per team
Non-Member Teams - $80 per team
