The 2022 edition of the NSW 5000m Championships and supporting events will be run in conjunction with the Australian Junior Combined Event Championships. Please pay close attention to which day and time your event will take place before submitting an entry. Exact start times will be confirmed with the final timetable.

Triple Jump - mid morning
800m - late morning
400m - early afternoon
Hammer Throw Invitational - mid afternoon
5k graded races and Championship - Commencing 6:30pm
Sunday 13th February events:
400m Hurdles - morning
Pole Vault - early afternoon
Javelin - afternoon
