Substitutions and Order Changes: Track event team order/composition changes do not have to be stated to competition management, as long as teams comply with competition rules and hold valid ANSW memberships they will be fine to compete. Any further changes to field teams made/communicated past 3pm 19/11 will have to go through competition management on event day.

Preliminary rounds may be introduced or removed depending on entry numbers. Please confirm with the final timetable once released closer to the event date.

Volunteers:

To ensure a successful event we require volunteers to assist at Field Event Sites across our State Relays Competition. To volunteer please register here and select which event/s you would like to assist at.

Eligibility:

The NSW State Relay's are open to the following ANSW membership types - Open, Dual, Concession, Regional and Life Member.

Online Entry/ Entry Fees: 
Online entries must be taken and paid for through this portal. Teams entry fee's will be at a cost of $45, athletes will not be required to purchase a gate ticket for venue entry.

This portal supports registering and paying for bulk entries (up to 25 teams at once, 5 per category). Please download this Relays Entry Spreadsheet to submit teams and running orders. Please have athlete's National Member ID's handy before beginning. Please ensure all nominated athletes are members before submission, these details will be used to contact athletes before the event.

Once completed, please reflect the nominated teams within this portal and upload the spreadsheet. Note - The spreadsheet must match what is nominated and paid for through this portal.

If you are entering more than 25 teams, please repeat the process using multiple sheets and submissions.

Venue

Athletes nominated in teams will receive information regarding venue entry via the email registered under their membership profile. More information on spectators coming soon.
