Strength & Conditioning Coach - Junior Development Program
Athletics NSW is seeking an experienced and organised Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team to deliver our Junior Development Program (JDP) in the Centre of Excellence.
Reporting to the Manager of Performance & Pathways, you will be a central figure in executing the JDP and ensuring synergy in program delivery across our ANSW training hubs. The JDP is Athletics NSW’s term based grassroots physical development program aimed at 10-14 year old athletes across multi-sports. The goal of the program is to create the most adaptable athlete for future success by building the foundations of speed, strength and power through sound movement skill.

Strength & Conditioning Coach - Intermediate Program
Athletics NSW is seeking an experienced and organised Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our team to deliver our Intermediate Program and partnering sport programs at the Centre of Excellence.
Reporting to the Manager of Performance & Pathways, you will be a central figure in executing the Intermediate Program. The Intermediate Program is our development level program allowing athletes access to the centre two times per week to train in a heavily supervised squad environment under their individualised programs. The goal of the program is to develop strength, power and speed qualities to compliment performance in the athlete's individual sport. The program is open to multi-sport with athletes 14+ years old.

Competition Administration Coordinator
Athletics NSW is looking for a proactive and organised Competition Administration Coordinator to join our Sport Delivery team. Reporting to the Sport Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality athletics competitions to our diverse membership base.
In this role, you will take on a wide range of responsibilities, including handling member phone calls and online inquiries, managing event entries, updating the Athletics NSW website, and providing essential administrative support to the Sport Delivery team—all while ensuring a high level of customer service.
We’re seeking someone with keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. If you excel at being the go-to person for administrative support and thrive in a dynamic setting, we’d love to hear from you.
