NSW All Schools: The remarkable one year progression of Alice Hill and Dylan Ruming
In just 12 months 400 metre athletes Alice Hill and Dylan Ruming have gone from emerging athletes to the best under-18 athletes in Australia, and won medals at the World U20 Championships. For every athlete reading this – why not you ??
Alice and Dylan will line up next week at the NSW All Schools Championships in the 17-years events with Alice entered in the 200m and 400m, while Dylan attempts the sprint treble. He is fresh off an incredible 47.67 at the CHS.

We are familiar with many of our established junior stars like Alice Hill, Ollie Facer, Lachlan Chappell, Sienna Vassella, Marnie Laurence, and many more who will compete next week, but who are some of the new names we can look forward to emerging during the NSW All Schools Championships and over the season ahead.

Vale Penny Gillies (nee McCallum) OAM
NSW has lost an iconic member of our athletics community with the passing of Penny Gillies OAM. After a battle with cancer, Penny passed away last week in Sydney, aged 75.
