Entry to the event is on the day only and must be achieved at least 60 minutes prior to your race. Entrants must be registered with Athletics NSW and wear their correct club uniform with the correct bib numbers worn front and back.
Clubs must enter teams, consisting of four (4) members, and any reserves, 60 minutes prior to the commencement of your race and any alterations must be submitted prior to the starting time of the last runner.
Team entries are $38 dollars per team.

Masters athletes may compete for the NSW Masters Athletics Club if their first claim club does NOT have a team in an event. A masters athlete may not compete in an event against their own first claim club, unless in the opinion of the ANSW Competition Manager, the athlete would not be selected in their first claim club team(s), or for other compassionate reasons. Requests to enter a masters relay team must be made in writing on the appropriate form prior to the start of the event.
Athletes competing as individuals must run the first leg of the race.
Individual entries are $10 dollars.
Athletics NSW will be providing Tag Timing at the 2016 Cross Country Relay Championships. Team Managers are to collect tags for team members at check in. Individual entrants will be provided tags upon checking in. MyTAGs cannot be used by members for this championship.

12:00pm – U12, U14 Male and Female (4x 2km)
12:40pm – U16, U18, U20 Male and Female (4x 3km)
1:35pm – 55+, 65+ Male (4x 4km)
1:35pm – Open, 35+, 45+, 55+, 65+ Female (4x 4km)
3:00pm – Open, 35+, 45+ Male (4x 4km)

The start/finish area is near the Kingsway.
The course is mostly grass with one long hill.
A canteen will be in operation.
Parking is on-street along the Kingsway, Sylvania Road and nearby streets.
