Cross Country Championships is conducted in the Masters, Open, U23, U20,
U18, U16, U14 and U12 age groups.

Team medals for the U12, U14, U16, and U18 categories will be awarded on the day. All other team medals will be sent to clubs for distribution to it's athletes in the week
after the NSW Cross Country Championships.
