The third meet of the 2017 Sydney Milers Club series will be held at The Crest Athletics Complex, which has garnered a reputation as serving up perfect twilight and evening conditions for middle distance racing.
The Bankstown 1500 will be the feature event of the night, supported by the 800m.
Entry Fee: The early-bird entry fee of $10 applies until midnight on the Tuesday before the event. Thereafter, a late entry fee of $15 is charged. This is to encourage athletes to enter early so that start lists may be announced and pacing organised.
Seeding: Male and female races will be seeded and all attempts will be made to provide pacemakers for the men's and women's A races in both the 1,500m and the 800m. Start lists will be released once registrations close.
Timetable: The event will run from approximately 7:30pm to 9:00pm, with a final timetable to be published on the BSAC and Athletics NSW Facebook pages and websites once registrations close. The 800m will be held first and the 1,500m will be the second event on the program, with the men's and women's Bankstown 1500 A races the main events of the night.
Check In: Athletes should arrive and check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their event.
Uniform and Bibs: Competing athletes must wear club uniform. Race bibs will be provided on the night.
Permits: Performances at the Sydney Milers Club will be recognised for qualification purposes and the meet will be run under permit conditions.
Live Streaming: The event will also be Live Streamed via Athletics NSW's Facebook and YouTube pages.
