On the day entry must be achieved at least 60 minutes prior to your
race. Entrants must be registered with Athletics NSW and wear the
correct club uniform with the correct bib numbers worn front and back.
Team Managers are to collect tags for team members at check in.
Individual entrants will be provided tags upon checking in.
The course is not suitable for wheelchair athletes due to speed humps across the route.
Clubs must enter teams, consisting of four (4) members, and any
reserves, 60 minutes prior to the commencement of the race and any
alterations must be submitted prior to the starting time of the last
Team entries are $38 dollars per team.

Any clubs wishing to set up a tent must do so without the use of stakes. Please use sandbags instead. Additional sandbags may be available on site. Please see Brent at athlete check in.
The start / finish area is on The Boulevard, The University of Newcastle Central Coast Campus.
A canteen / BBQ will be in operation on the day.
