Clubs are to advise Athletics NSW via email to email@example.com to confirm participation in the Club Championships by midday Wednesday 9th January 2013. Team managers are to list the names of the athletes to compete in each event. It will be possible to modify the athlete list up to 1 hour prior to each event start time. If you are an individual athlete please contact your club to express your interest in participating in this event.

All athletes must report to check in to advise check in officials of the events they wish to contest at least one (1) hour prior to the event start time. Failure to do so may result in the athlete being unable to compete in the event.
Athletes are to be registered for the 2012-13 season and wear their club uniform with their bibs worn front and back.
Late entries are not guaranteed and are only accepted on the approval of ANSW Competition Manager. Late entries cost $10 per athlete and must be lodged 90 minutes prior to the start of the event on the official entry form. Team Managers are encouraged to check the Athletics NSW website after the close of entries to confirm team lists.

Please note, in field events for distance, there will be three rounds. Athletes who report later than 20 minutes prior to the starting time may receive fewer warm up attempts and athletes who report after the commencement of the competition may not receive attempts in each of the three rounds.
Club Championship Events: 100m, 400m, 1500m, Sprint Hurdles, 3000m Walk, 4x100m relay, Shot Put, Javelin, Triple Jump, High Jump.
